This letter is to inform you of the results of the steam turbine control system retrofit
project which was recently completed at Jefferson Smurfit Corporation. The project
was a total success from installation to startup. This success was due, in large part,
to the efforts and contributions made by your employees.

Throughout the project each member of the DLP organization presented a professional,
can-do attitude. This was especially appreciated during the times where the installation
didn't exactly proceed as planned. During these times they could have walked away
and waited for one of our engineers to devise another plan but they didn't. They got
even more involved with the problems, assisted our engineers in developing unique
solutions to the problems and flawlessly implemented those solutions.
