OUR WORKING CULTURE
Safety and quality are our top priorities and a safe working environment is of paramount importance. We hold daily safety meetings to discuss our work activities and proper procedures for performing those tasks safely. With a total team effort, we have been able to produce fewer than 1 lost time accident per 100,000 hours worked. We enforce a strict policy which prohibits the use of alcohol or any controlled substance and we practice pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing (ASAP, DISA, etc…). Post accident testing is conducted following any accident causing property damage or injury to any person or if an employee is suspected of being under the influence. All employees are TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), BATC (Bay Area Training Center) and CPR certified.
